My passion is connecting leaders like you to the Creator, helping you to break through your growth barriers, so that you can thrive in your unique calling. Having grown up in a pastor’s home that served churches ranging from the midwest to Las Vegas, I’ve had some unique opportunities to learn from some incredible leaders.
I’ve served as a guidance counselor for a Christian university, on boards of global non-profits, and in the local church in almost every role imaginable. Most recently, I served as lead pastor in a church of over 6,000 that was twice named one of the top 100 fastest growing churches in America. I don’t say any of this to boast but, rather, to share that I’ve made enough mistakes along the way to learn a few things—and I’d love the opportunity to pass those learnings on to you.
